Where did he say that the article was knocking the eL??? It was an article focussing on Derry City in particular and the league in general and on how much the UEFA licencing could improve things, both on and off the pitch. Very good article, I thought.

Any idea who would be knocking on the door to get in? Would they be anywhere near what is needed?

The Kerry and Mayo Leagues for two, I read that someone(I think Pat Dolan), said that Kerry have all the facilities, bar a league team. Take from that what you want, but I doubt anyone lower than the first division would have what it takes, not even all those in it have what it takes sure.
