Unbelieveable really. I recall managers taking players off previously when they were injured and playing with a man less. I know he is the goal keeper, but surely that could have been done in this game, and put in another player in his place. Unless the team had already had three sent off or something and would have forfeited the game. If something like this was not the case, the Roma manager should be sued for endangering the 'keeper's career through aggravation of an already nasty injury.
