Oh dear, I lost my best winger who was playing backup inner mid to injury to be replaced with an inadequate midfielder in poor form. Dead right De Town this match is deadly important. I am MOTSing. Good look in going for the hammering Adam. Town I'm delighted for you, the signings must be working out. :)

It was only a set piece! Hopefully you could get the win, that would be some season for ya. 5th round of the cup and promotion! You made a good start in hattrick, you signed decent players and you got the hang of it early. I didnt have a clue for ages, its only now that Im gonna start signinhg trainees and set up a decent training plan!

Don't worry, to be honest I have no right to win this one, they are clearly better and I have had my fair share of giant killing this season. He is only below me cos he concentrated on the cup earlier in the season.

Yeah, the blah blah result was unbelievable :ball: draw with James was impressive aswell ;)

I had a few strokes of luck. There were only two teams in my Series prior to me getting my team and the other newbies took long to get to grips. Also some weirdo bought a passable defender off me for 900k. Even though I was made give 750k back by then I had spent it and the GM allowed me some leverage on paying it back for a few weeks enabling me to do some spending I otherwise never could have. One thing as well is I never changed my training from day 1 since I set defence. I still have to get a proper trainee programme running but the club is running pretty smoothly. You two have pretty much got the hang of it too. I must say it helps a ton to read the message boards there, I learned a lot just reading without asking much.

Spot on. I only started reading them the last 4-6 weeks and it has helped a huge amount.

I used to be a very active member of the conferences but have stopped posting now for a while, I read them often enough and the Newbie conference was brilliant when you are trying to undersatnd the game!

He cut me a lot of slack with my owed 750k I must say. He broke it into two installments for me and left the second one so long I was within the 500k debt mark so I never was in the wrong side of the red. He took a bit of flack from the authorities too. He's a sound man.

Ouch. Hmmmm nothing has happened in my match in a long time. I could still sneak a set piece. I have a good defence so it's rock hard to break me down from open play.

Yeah, all the matches seem to have quietened down. Lets hope there is no more action in my game until the final whistle :D

That's harsh Town but he is miles ahead of you in the league. 1-1 isn't too bad for me, it keeps that team almost impossible to catch me. However it killed any small ambition I had to take top. I am 5 points off the top. I play the leader away in 2 weeks. So I can PIC the next game then another MOTS.

3 warnings means a suspencion! To find out if a player is a computer team then click on the team and if there are no user details then that means its a computer team!

One Year Old!!

Just noticed that today is my clubs 1st birthday! :) The 5-1 win was a good present!

I wonder what my team will be like in another year! :ball: I have a total of 3 players in my squad now that I had when I first started the game! :o

I almost got a draw today.......but then the other team scored in the 2nd minute and i lost 6-nil.

31% possession in both halves. I am now 6th and i'm playing the team just ahead of me next and they lost 9-1 today. But they were playing the top team and i was playing the 4th team. :o
