Pat told one of the lads that Cork will be the first game in there.

Snarky I know, but I can't trust anything POS says about the Market's Field anymore.
Markets Field:
The floodlights have arrived. The stand is being recovered in a new concrete cast. The stand has been prepped for the seats. Railings have been put up around the the pitch.
Has Pat O'Sullivan told them to **** off with their ****ing floodlights yet?
Seemingly there is work ongoing down the Carlisle including removing the grass bank behind the goal, high fence the far end where the car park is, new sound system, Bar's going into the old sweat shop, new toilets for away fans and heard they are looking at getting new floodlights too... I will believe it when I see it!
That could be where the new McGettigans bar in bray is going.

It's a pity that the new stadium will cater for away fans by way of a small demountable stand behind the goal. I hate watching a game from behind the goal. So much of the game passes you by. It's pity there is nowhere else where away fans can be situated and actually see the game.
What's a "demountable stand"?
Well its better than <insert whatever away section you like here> anyway
In fairness, the actual away side in Finn Park has the best view from anywhere in the ground, which can't really be said for any other away section in the league.
Half the pre-cast steps (that the seats will be bolted to) are now in place in the Markets Field. Dressings rooms are pretty much finished, floodlights are nearly in and the pitch is in great shape. Work is going on around the exterior walls to clean them up also.
How's the building in Harps getting on?
The model stadium.
Bray have issued a statement denying responsibility for the incident in the foreground.
