He had got off to a winning start as a professional as well. RIP.

Celebrity chef Keith Floyd (65) died from a heart attack yesterday.
wow 3 people I actually really liked are gone today, WTF
Am so upset and shocked. As we established elsewhere, I am weird, but maybe thats coz weird things happen to me. I dreamt about Darren Sutherland for the first time in my life on Sunday night Monday morning and now he is dead. Fingers crossed he is the only one from that dream to die as Keith Fahy, Cillian Murphy, Charlene McKenna and one of our football coaches who I consider a good friend were also in the dream.
Am so upset bout Patrick Swayze too as like most girls, Dirty Dancing is one of my favourite movies of all time and the immortal lines "nobody puts baby in a corner" stands out as one of my favourite moments in time.
Now Keith Floyd? Was gonna watch a programme last night called when Keith met Keith about Keith Allen tracking down Keith Floyd but was too tired and as there were already 2 things recording on Sky, I decided against it. Dammit.
RIP to 3 men I really admired. XXX
Very strange happenings, we lost some great people this year. :(
When the tabs announced 18 months ago that Swayze had 6 weeks to live I'm afraid my reaction was as unkind and impatient as Homers when shown the US Navy deep fat cooker that could flash-fry a cow in 30 seconds.
But it's sad to to see someone die at 57 and all the more bewildering when they appear to be the sort of person who looked after themselves.

The Sugababes. They are dead to me know that Keisha has gone. The best girl band of all time and only one I ever bought an album of (the best of - gets played on girly roadtrips to football matches).
I blame that skank Amelle.
Rowan and Martin Laugh In actor, Henry Gibson:

Ruben Sosa had style though.
I think I'll preserve Mr A's now-deleted comment in that thread as tipptops' obituary -

Not a fan of Boyzone in the slightest, but its sad to see someone die at that age. RIP
At the courage awards in Britian recently, apparently he looked ill and that was only a week or two ago.
No time for boybands etc. but still a massive massive shock. His bandmates and family must be absolutely in bits.
I'd say most people (on this forum, at any rate) would be of the same opinion. Wouldn't have particularly concerned myself with anything he;s done but shocked at the death of a 33-year old public figure.
Also, I'm going to bend the thread rules slightly and include one of my favourite authors:
'Funeral' honours Edgar Allan Poe
Is it too early?

I refuse to join in and make puns......no matter what.
Isnt it a wonder how no one else has made a pun...?

Didn't he also campaign for the Birmingham 6?
