This is the current standings in the Limerick League, can we get the other league standings of the other leagues in which the remaining teams are in. To give a perspective of how strong they are

UL Aishling at 16/1 is worth a bet
only reason pike are ahead of clonmel is because clonmel haven't beaten anyone of note yet, whereas pike have the scalps of ballynanty, ballymun and carrick
No they're not. Won't be going any further than the quartersQuote:

Of course they are worth a punt at 16/1
Who decides these odds anyway ?
Killester at 3/1 cause they beat the Port (at home where they are worst) and beat themselves at any rate !!!
UL are limited in areas but who isn't. They play direct Football but who doesn't. Castlebar Celtic should be longer odds because when they get on a big pitch against a good football team then they will be beaten. At home they are tough and lump the high balls in. - The Port were the complete opposite play football and travel well.
So UL worth a €20. Athrenry were humbled by Manulla remember who are average at best.
Athenry were far from humbled by manulla, only lost in connaught cup and hammered Ballyheane v easily. Its hard understand those odds that ladbrokes have when Athenry beat Salthill & ballyheane 1-4 away , im sure theres money to be made on a few bets! theres a few interesting ties coming up so!Quote:

A few home decisions is something to be expected but to witness the events of last Sunday was nothing short of a disgrace and an insult to anyone watching the game. Well done lads if you read this you did your league proud.Quote:

Dont get carried away because you bet Ballyheane. you bet aside who at the time were just going though the motions.BALLYHEANE WOULD TAKE MANUALLA FOR STARTERS AND HAVE YOU FOR LUNCH on a good day.Quote:

I don't offen have alot to say about Mayo Refs but lets get of the pot Home Decisions as you called it were made by Rosscommon RefsQuote:

Well how about you reply to my earlier question about your Portmarnock opinions and then I'll happily name the better teams in Clondalkin (as if you dont know them) ....
Sorry, i didn't see your reply. For example Barry Flynn and Keith Bruen moaning and bullying their way thru games. Constantly on the ref's case. Unable to accept decisons going against them.......need I go on?Quote:

Soccerc - you will have to try harder than that. Keith Bruen NEVER speaks to referees, never has done, just not his style, anyone that knows him over the years will verify that. And Barry Flynn's record speaks for itself, ask Gerry Smith what he thinks of him and why he's begging him to come out of retirement and play for the Junior International Team for another season. Or ask any of the midfielders he's played against around the country this season, including many 10-15 years younger than him.
So have you any more examples? And what games have you seen to base your opinion on? Seems like a lazy opinion to me. ;)
I have never doubted their talent just the manner in which they now present it. Are you denying that Flynn doesn't try to intimidate refs? and moans like hell at every decison? Keith is a massive player for Ports but again tell me honestly that he doesn't constantly niggle players on and off the ball, not always within the rules of sportmanship - gamemanship possibly! I have seen Ports on many many occasions over the past 10/12 years on which to base my opinion and that's all it is an opinion. That doesn't take into account others who are prone to leaving the boot in. Pity more couldn't be as gracious as Dougie Dolan!Quote:

Here's what you said ....
"Portmarnock are living on past glories and haven't impressed me this term. Some senior players should call time and hang up their boots".
You still haven't explained this - just given some bizarre opinions about 2 players that most Clubs in Dublin would (still) welcome with open arms. Bruen? never a niggler or a wind-up merchant, on or off the ball. Flynn? no more or no less a whinger than any other good competitive midfielder.
By past glories do you mean winning Premier A and the Leinster Junior Cup last Season? Or making it to the last 8 this Season? A lot of Clubs with be very happy with that kind of "past" glory.
And for the record I would rate Newlands Celtic, Oatfield and Moyle Park as better teams than Neilstown (Never said Junior Teams) in Clondalkin right now. Seen them all in action this season and would fancy any of them to beat Neilstown.
