Considering everyone wearing Blue was allowed in free the gate receipts will obviously be down. :) It was a great idea called Blue Day - after the game that was just how everyone felt. :(

officially there was 7,200 on sale, but with all the platinum & gold season ticket holders not having to get tickets for the match and freebies etc...I would have put the total at 8,000 there...there was a lot of people standing at the sides of the st annes end and at the back too....Quote:
