Eleven men behind your goalkeeper to try to keep the score respectable

It was a struggle, but we kept it to two. Big night in the First - top four playing each other. Burts losing to Harps - 92m winner - puts us back top by a point for a couple of days. A tough game for us away to the Fags while Burts have a fading Lilywhites at home should change that. Sligo will drop out of the promotion spots for the first time this season if they lose to Harps at home. Beat them, and if other results go well, they go top again!
GNR have finally started achieving, and leapfrogged Lilywhites with a real drubbing. 8 points in four games suggest they are going to be tough opposition for their next opponents.
Other big results see Athletico Bray go 9 points clear in the Second, with three teams chasing a realistic chance of promotion, though a huge collapse is all that could see Bray fail to win it. No change to the standings though.
In the Primera, it was a good night for the away teams - a good draw for Wexford at the Empress sees them slip into second at the expense of a Lofty's side that fell foul at home to a Pants side that suddenly realised that they actually are not too good to go down, and are now proving that they are potentially too good to go down. UCD's misfortune continues as Landenstown strolled through them in Belfield. This all meant that Holidaysong's first away win of the season was not enough to lift them out of the relegation spots - possibly making their game with Pants the single most important match in the Primera this Tuesday
Yes! 6 nil pulls me out of the relegation zone.:D
Last gasp equalizer keeps centremid at bay. Decent result, keeps me in the promotion chase.
After a decent start we've gone on to lose 9 games in a row
Forgot to do my tactics, would have won that game if I had.
Could somebody post top 4 in the top division please?

Otherwise a good synopsis, Mr. Beard...I hadn't noticed that every other away team won:eek:
Atletico Bray are safely up, GoS are up, Albion are almost up, Galway and Athlone are down and if Ragball don't win tomorrow, you could start saying it'll be tough to see a way out..
If we blow this lead, I'll kill a bunch of cute pets. :o
Ha I'm last!
I was doing well in that bottom division but then lost 6 in a row, stopped that rot with a derby win at the weekend!
One of the leagues most 'capped' players has announced his retirement, Richard Brush AKA Driscoll Cormac...a sad day when he hangs up his boots:(. He'll have exactly 250 appearances after his final game.
I'm becoming less and less optimistic that I'm going to stay up:(.
aaarrrgghh why did i have to be away!!!!!????? I f I had done my tactics i could have beaten finn tigers id say!!!:(
