And check both flights are using the same airport! There are two now operating in Moscow.

Were going with the €22 seats(concrete blocks),
Anybody have problems with their application forms (received one for the Montenegro game) but none for the Georgia game.
Other way around for me. I rang them today and they said if it has not arrived by next Monday give them a call. Best thing with the FAI is always get chatting to ticket off, never sit in silence.

Anyway looking forward to Oslo, now it's August and still raining:D
Invoice for tickets arrived today. Looks like match may still be on in Tbilisi  :)
Most flight schedules appear to be back to normal.

Well that's ballsed travel arrangements.......................match to be played at a neutral venue which as of yet has not been named! Georgia have to nominate a venue!
Another 2 flights to be added to the other 8.........................we'll spend more time in the air than on the ground!
I take it the meeting today didn't go too smoothly!
where are the likely spots ... (and hopefully air baltec will fly there from Riga!!)
My guess would be Istanbul; that wouldn't be too bad for access but its the Georgian's call. They won't be too concerned about accomodating their own fans - they don't travel, so it will be a financial decision. If we are very unlucky it could be Yerevan.
I reckon its either Baku, Yerevan, or Trabzon. All of them Air Baltic fly to
Great if you are living in Riga. Not so handy from Rathmines.
Air Baltic to Baku - 150e
to Yereven -167e
and to trabzon there doesnt seem to be any flights from Riga ...some rush to book them when match is announced!! those flights all on the friday..
I can safely hopefully;) say that the match won't be in Yerevan as there can be no more than 1 international a day in 1 city, and the Turks are playing the Armenians on the 6th.
It does look like it's Trabzon or Baku.
Trabzon certainly looks like it can only be accessed with a stopover in Istanbul, and with Air Baltic flying to Baku, the Azeri option is probably the better option for us!
