Bray have signed Ryan Coulter after his release from Drogheda
Interviewed Fenn after SHELS game and asked him if Bray is likely to see more minutes given the errors Skinner has made of late and Fenn seemed to imply that perhaps the effort on the training ground was why Skinner was ahead of Brady. Not putting words in his mouth but that's certainly what I took from his comments anyway, and it's a situation Town fans have said is the most likely reason he's not playing ahead of that clown Skinner
We also have a 3rd keeper, some fagan chap but seen him play in pre season he was awful and even when he's doing pre match warm ups he looks like a clamber
You would think we were leaking goals all season with the way you go on about Skinner on here and your podcast. That 'clown' has kept 9 clean sheets in 22 games, so not a bad return.
That end of the pitch is not the reason why we're seeing out the season playing dead rubber matches. Next time, how about asking Fenn what's he's doing to improve our goals scored return?
Rory Hale has joined Galway United. Big smiley head on him anyway.
Rory Hale Signs
St Patrick's Athletic have signed Polish keeper Lukasz Skowron (26)was previously playing in Portugal with Olhanense although he had also been with Livingston in Scotland as a trialist last June, he replaces O'Malley who has transferred to the glamour of Peterborough
I'd imagine the signing of 2 wingers and a striker (Simon) is his answer to that. Skinner had a good start to the season and I was quick to point that out on here at the time but in the last 2 months or so it's become a comedy show watching him every week trying to kick the ball.
Not a transfer per se but Stephen Kenny's signed a contract extension today to the end of the 2020 season, that'd take him to 7 years at Dundalk if he sees it out which is mad in our league, not that you'll find any Dundalk fans complaining!
Absolutely not. Signing of the season so far for us
Absolute disgrace that the phrase '2020 vision' did not appear in the Dundalk announcement. Should have a serious points deduction for that.
Always remember - Like political careers managerial careers in sport more often than not end in failure.... time will tell .
Ps- if you fail to win the FAI cup and finish second, genuine question how will you guys rate this season?
(A) failure as with the resources available should of brought in adequate replacements and won the 4 in a row
(B) Too many players have dropped off from 110% effort to 90% - but that's to be expected as that's by and large typical of most LOI players.
(C) Cork are better but one season wondersand Caulfield won't be able to handle pressure of being successful
(D) Ad your own excuse
Next season is shaping up to be very interesting already. Cork already showing signs of missing Maguire, so a lot will depend on how they replace him, then there's the "second season syndrome." Dundalk will of course hope to come back strongly, and no doubt Derry and Rovers will hope to improve. All of this against the backdrop of a ten team league, which I'm not a fan of, but it does mean things should be ultra competitive. Even this season you can see that apart from Drogheda no one is getting cut adrift and most teams are capable of getting good results here and there.
Peter Berki in at Limerick, a striker, Hungarian.
Shamrock Rovers confirm the signing of Scotland U21 International Cameron King to the first team squad.

Must be worth taking a chance on even if its only to help the kids on the bench tie their laces and tuck their shirts in :)
Danny Devine leaves Shams on a "mutual termination" The line is that he wants to concentrate on full time education

Hard luck on him he was recovering from injury when he joined us. Decent honest player.
Shame it didn't work out for Danny but the evidence of this season is that he is not up to League of Ireland level at the moment. Hopefully he continues to play amateur ball and returns to the league at some stage.
Josh Daniels has officially signed for Glenavon now. Hopefully he'll get more game time there than with ourselves.
Kevin Deery appointed assistant at Sligo. Bit late in the day for that, but would it imply that Lyttle is staying regardless of this season's outcome?
The biggest transfer fee of the current season so far between clubs!
Kieran Sadlier Sligo Rovers to Cork City estimated €20,000 + extras allegedly.
Anyone prepared to suggest offer their guess or insight!
Out Longford town
Mark Langtry
Gavin Boyne
Cody Mulhall
Yeah 30k plus 10k more when Cork win the league
