If he does move on for big money, will they get a percentage of it, as the development club?

They will indeed. Stephen McLaughlins old club Clonmany Shamrocks are due a healthy 5-10k from his move to Nottm forest even though Harps had already paid a sign-on fee for him when he signed for Derry.
Likewise, if Baba ends up moving on from Fulham, Castlebar will be due a percentage of that. Stand to be corrected, but I think it's something like 5% for each year he was with them as a youth.
Anton Rodgers accused.

A bit unexpected: Dougie Freeman is looking to sign Leicester defender Cian Bolger, who's been in and out of the team while on loan at League 2 Bristol Rovers.

The doc will be thrilled.
In all fairness, it was mostly down to cruciate ligament damage that caused the 'out' part...

He clocked up 39 league appearances last season at the age of 19/20. Not too shabby. I was surprised he went back to League 2 this season. I would have thought a step up to League 1 would have been in order. Still though, he's likely to be signing a contract of a decent length at Bolton, which offers more security and less immediate pressure to a young centre-half.
Makes you think though; Bolton released Mark Connolly having splashed £1million on him and, rather than persevering with him and making that investment provide a return, they pick up a player in a similar position of a similar age profile 6 months later. Reports on Connolly at Crawley have been fairly positive.
I guess prematurely releasing young talent has been a feature of football for a long time, particularly in these climates. Tom Ince and Jordan Rhodes commanding fees of around £8million having been deemed unworthy of places at their respective clubs 2 years previously epitomize this.
