Was told by official today that Shams are entitled to about 5% of the fee, Sligo Rovers to about 95% of it.

Any idea how much Amond will be on over there? And is it much of a pay rise from what he was getting at Sligo?

The likes of Liam Rosenior, Jeremie Aliadiere, Lee Hendrie, Francis Jeffers, Keith Gillespie, Russell Hoult, Gavin Mahon, Jay DeMerit, Barry Hayles, A Akinbiyi - all experienced performers at a variety of levels.

Gillespie was training with Rovers for a while. Think he played against one of the English reserve teams.

Some good players but they won't move to Ireland for €300 a week

Apparantly Rovers have signed former Everton and Yeovil player Aidan Downes till the end of the season. Ex Ireland U21 also.
