We were missing 3 of our back four be needless to say i still think we should have done better. We missed an awful lot of chances,it was just one of those days i suppose. But all credit to Robbie he did have a fine game..

good man knock your own.you must have been some player yourself the way you go on.you should have called yourself mistakeless.kilmallocks first year up with a fairly young squad and all you do is knock them.give them a chance for gods sake its a big step up.you are a kilmallock man ya.
Does anybody know if that limerick soccer website is down?, cant seem to get onto it!
If you read over my posts i believe i have done nothing but defend them along with corbally. People been calling heffernan average and i defended him. Where have i knocked them?.In my relegation predictions i dont think i have ever put kilmallock.I was having a bit of banter with balbec thats all. And to answer your question no im not a kilmallock man.
It doesnt look good for ye. That said i would predict ye will stay up. It could be anyone out of granville, dromore, carew, corbally and yer selves. Right now i couldnt predict who will go from them. Think wembley and boro should be safe enough. As long as ye are winning the home games ye should be alright. ;)
even though granville got a good win the weekend i think they'll have as much a fight as any of the bottom teams, wembley are def in the equation as well. i agree that boro will be ok but in my opinion i reckon it'll be carew and dromore that'll go down. carew seem to be going from bad to worse and really need to start turning it around. in saying that its early days yet for all the teams down there!!
Any fixtures for the weekend lads?
No Premier League fixtures. Munster Junior Cup is on this weekend.
Munster Junior Cup:
Pike Rovers v Knocklong (10:30a.m)
Ballynanty Rvs V Fairview Rgrs (10:30a.m)
Janesboro V Regional Utd (10:30a.m)
Aisling Annacotty V Mungret Regional (10:30a.m)
Star Rovers v Summerville Rovers B (2:00p.m)
Dromore Celtic v Croom Utd (10:30a.m)
it dos;nt matter how good a field they have if they hav,nt the players to play on it.im not knocking them or anything its just that there are better teams than the likes of carew, corbally, kilmallock, granville and dromore in the league so these teams are going to struggle to stay up.look at the excelent set up of kilmallock and they are struggling.so its not the facilites its the players they have playing with them at the moment.
the relegation will hopefully sort itself out
the thing that needs to sorted now by the LDMC is that fact that carew have only played 4 league matches (probably not their fault) - this needs sorted quickly to avoid a farce at the end of the season
Def dont agree, as i said ive seen them a couple of times and they have a few experienced heads who were fantastic players in their day but time is startin to catch up on them, and the other players they have aren't good enough quality. The problem is that in their locality you have Pike, Boro, Hill Celtic and Southend, gonna be hard to attract players
I know someones going to have a pop at me for saying this but i will anyway because its my opinion, after playing wembley, carew and granville i think the poorest side was granville. We beat the first 2 and granville beat us but i still think they were poor. We were missing 4 probable starters and i was still shocked we didnt beat them. Now they may have been missing a few themselves i dont know .
That doesnt suprise me one bit, i agree completely;). I was shocked that they beat ye:eek:, they have no real quality stand-out players. They were played off the field by kilmallock, only for the bad mistakes by kilmallocks defence they would have easily lost by 2 or 3. A premier team shouldnt be losing 4-0 to a top team in the league never mind the likes of dromore, they are definitely my favourite to go down, but all the bottom 5 will struggle.
