Is this thread beginning to lift the curse :D
Do you think we should all lump our winnings on Luca Toni winning next seasons Golden Boot, im sure he would be a lovely price?:)
Here's my value bet.
Shelbourne -V- Limerick
Once again I'm siding with the opposition. I think the 11/2 on Limerick is over priced and got them at 6.6 and 7.2 on Betfair. They have hit a nice bit of form lately while Shels haven't been at the races since we finished up before the break. IMO Limerick should be closer to 4s and I have feeling they may just sneak something from Tolka Park tonight. They've brought in a shed load of players recently which can only help their very young squad. The prices were too good for me to ignore...
See, the thread is starting to deliver :D
Not sure how deep the malaise at waterford is..... 'da yoof' at 12/5 to beat them at home (boyles) may be worth a few quid.... ?
after accumulating a nice profit from Bohs and Zagrab this week.
what about throwing ur winnings on FC Copenhagen tonight?? again 2/5
Corks odds are tempting at even money
Banker for the weekend is the GAAAAAAAAAAA
WATERFORD (HURLING)
DUBLIN (FOOTBALL)
ARMAGH (FOOTBALL) 1.31/1
as i said before 2/5 isn't a tip. How much do you recommend putting on this tip, a few hundred maybe for the working man!!!
888 sport are giving 2/1 for Cork City
i got FC Nordsjaelland to win away at 1.66 (not great i know:)) but treble it up with something
I'm in a good mood now, so feck it I backed Mooney to score 2+ goals at 13-1 with PP:)
(Dunne at 15/2 for A/T scorer?????)
The form Mooney is on, I would not bet against it. I would assume that Cork will play a 4-5-1 leaving Mooney up there as the lone striker, so if Cork are to score, it will be Mooney.
Derry tonight 6/4 vs Bohs is an excellent bet.
Fenlon has a shocking record at the Brandywell as manager. ;)
found this - this guy's knowledge ain't too bad. I see he tipped Pat's last night too.

A tip is generally a team that is not favorite and their odds are too big.
A tip is value for money.
The point is will I get value for my money? Putting 50 quid to win 20 is too big of a risk. Sure you will win, and win a few times but what if you lose? Trust me, you only have to lose a few of those kind of bets to wipe out anything you would have won in the first few bets.
for example, backing rangers all season will not win you a bagful of money
If you bet in the 100s or 1000s that it maybe value.
Most top class tipsters will always tell you never to back anything less than 4 or 5/1 (at least in horse racing anyway)
I remember I had won about 600 on a few football matches, was 100 each on 6 games, all about evens. I won 6/6, but if i had lost one or two it wouldn't have been a good day. So with my winnings + 200 (800) i lumped it on Rangers to beat Dunfermline away at rubbish odds (2/5 maybe!). Surely rangers would win against the bottom team. 1-1 was the score!!!! high risk :o:o
no thats not true:)
you have to look at the value bets
again, and again this all goes down to how much you are willing to put on a 11/10, etc.
is 50 euro good, 100, 200, or how about 1000? thats a big risk, and not a good tip
you know we are not all Jp's around here!!!
