Ya would like to see davy mahony do it long time mentor of mine underage but cup final you never know
We have only 2 games left both against Kilumney we are 4 points behind Pearse who have 1 game left as far as I know
Interestingly enought - Pearse 1 game left v Kilumney, Innish's 2 games are Kilumney. So in reality need 4 points from the two games and hope Pearse don't get a result...
Tough one for my old team... But the fat lady hasn't sung yet (she is limbering up those vocal chords!!!).
Innishvilla travel to Killumney tomorrow evening before hosting Killumney the following Tuesday so Pearse will know in advance what they need to do (if anything)...
Ironically the last time Innishvilla were relegated from a division a 1:1 draw with Killumney with a very late equalizer was critical to them going down and the final game of the season which confirmed the relegation was a loss to Pearse who won the title that day!!!
hopefully an announcement soon on the cork aul gaffer spot micky walsh/pat keane combo wasnt he seen at the kilreen coachford over the weekend who knows
