Letterkenny Rovers 2 - 2 Harps - Oisin McMenimen and Marc Brolly with the Harps goals.
We beat Shamrock Rovers 1 nil tonight. Paisley with the goal. I think we've the makings of a serious team this season if we can get a striker to do the business for us.
Bermingham would be good for ye I reckon. Ye'll be very hard to beat with Mathews in charge. Might have a couple of quid on ye to win the division actually.
Dinny Corcoran would be my choice for first choice. Bermingham hasn't impressed me tonight or any time I've seen him.
Cssf what was the line-up for Shels tonight ?? and Rovers if you have it to hand . Cheers .
Derry beat Dergview (IFA 1st division team) 3-2 tonight at the Brandywell, PMcElehenney x 2 and Graceson Scored
No Phillip Hughes for Shels tonight ? ? Is he out injured or is he still running off his puppy fat ??
He was out with Colm James doing a run with the physio before the game tonight so I'm guessing recovering from an injury. More than happy for him to not be a starter anyway.
How is Mulvenna getting on CSF?

Looks decent, came on in the 2nd half tonight and was bright, can see him doing alot of damage against the weaker teams in the league. Wouldn't be in my first 11 for us at the mo but I'd definitely like to see him play a decent amount of football this year. Hopefully at the expense of the 2 ex Mons strikers that seem to have landed on our doorstep.
Waterford 2-2 Bray final score
I was pretty impressed with our friendly win last nite.. Jack Morley was impressive when he came on and the pats fans were raving about him when I was speakin to them in Supermacs. Stephen Bradleys freekick for pats was top drawer. Des Hope headed his goal in well and Morley dribble thro on goal and rounded Gary Rogers to score. Now if Don Cowan could only score for us?
Harps 8-0 Swinford
McHugh 3, T Bonner 2, Brolly, Friel and an og completed the scoring. Could have easily been double that. Alan Gough in charge of Swinford.
There is but the lads are waiting on clearance from Setanta, they wont allow it to be put up apparently.
There are interviews and fan footage though.

Reminds me of the time we played Fairview Rangers in the cup. We'd all been giving their keeper a fair bit of abuse on the basis of his less than wonderful looks so I was a little nervous when he made a beeline for me in the bar afterwards.
Instead of starting a row he shook hands and asked "Ugliest keeper in Ireland? I guess you've never seen Alan Gough."
Limericks fine form continues with a 4-1 win over the Drogs
Dundalk beat Rock Celtic 4-1 today. Apparently Ian Foster came on in the second half.
Wexford Youths 2-0 Galway United
Clane 0 Shels 2 today
Dinny Corcoran and David Cassidy with the goals.

Sheehan, Hynes, Coughlan and O'Flynn for Limerick.
Not sure where they're going to get them if they have no money, they hadn't one player togged out today that I'd take at Limerick and we're not exactly Real Madrid!!
Also (launches boulder from inside his own greenhouse) their ground is an absolute KIP. Twas kinda sad really last time I was in United Park the whole place was buzzing.

Jesus that's a lower mid table First Division squad. Think I'll back Drogheda's opponents with the handicap on a few occasions this season.
Yeah its Hanaphy who played for us.
When you have Dave Freeman up front you know you're in trouble
That Drogheda side is absolutely shocking.
Karl Moore (ex-UCD), Shaun Kelly (ex-Dundalk), Sean Kelly (ex-Limerick) and Aaron Shanahan (ex-Longford) all played a part in our game in Wexford today.
Sean Connor hopes to have his squad completed by Tuesday, so I'd expect a lot of transfer news out our way in the next day or two
Shanahan's a decent enough keeper, very good shot stopper when he's on his game but he had some concentration issues last season which were costly. He was on trial at Monaghan for the last few weeks.
