Where's that taken from ATFC and what direction, I'm guessing it's not looking south because I don't see the Art Spire on St Kilda road?
Looking pretty much north from the 88th floor of the Eureka Skydeck. The MCG and stuff would be further out to the right, and Flinder's Street Station would be to the bottom, if the shot was wider.
Gotcha. Very nice picture, spent a year living in South Yarra so it brings back memories, it's a great city

did you use some sort of tripod ? i always find i can never keep the camera perfectly still on long shutter speeds.

Love that sunset over the sea one. I've a similar picture on the wall at home actually - found it in Woodie's for E20!
No tripod. Sitting on the floor, and holding it against the glass to try and cut out all the reflections from inside.
Gorillapods are real handy when travelling, instead of carrying around a big heavy tripod.
