Yeah which is fair enough as the 3 man panel have not met him yet. I would rather wait for Trap than just give it to Venables tonight.

They hardly told the press they'd issue a statement, if they thought they'd just announce a 10 day maximum. Sounds like there's been a hitch with appointing Trapattoni which they for some reason thought they'd be able to unveil tonight as a coup.
Exactly. Something has happened with Trappottoni. Maybe he does not want to be interviewed and wants to be offered the job (which to me is fair enough). Maybe Givens annoyed him when they spoke on the phone. Delaney should be talking to Trapp's not Givens.Quote:
