That Jedward interview on Vincent Browne. Sweet Jesus. Car crash telly.
Awww bed!
Headin to Galway for the wkd, not a booze up (unfortunately!). Anything there that just shouldn't be missed or will just wandering around the streets be entertaining enough? might take a stroll towards Salthill, supposed to be nice.
Not much to Galway apart from the drinking in fairness.
I discovered today that I only live 4 hours from Turners Cross.
Radio news readers - read the fecking news to yourself before going on air. I'm tired of hearing nonsense like "In Setanta Cup quarter first leg second leg", or sentences run. Into each other so I don't know what you're talking about surely. Illiteracy can't be a job requirement?!
The result of a bit of googling after watching Louis Theroux revisit America's Most Hated Family on the BBC last night.
My favourite bit -

Walking down the street yesterday, and this auld lad was walking towards me. I could tell he was going to say something to me, but "Are you the young lad from RTE2?" was just bizarre!
Well, are you?
i think its pretty obvious he is.
Police artists have released a sketch of atfconline:

Are you sure he said "young lad"?
Stopped listening to Newstalk this week as the bias was driving me nuts. I normally hang up on cold callers. This evening I didn't hang up on the cold call, and it was a radio listenership survey. So the truth was told that it was Phantom all week, and they even asked specifically about Newstalk and I didn't even have to lie in saying I hadn't listened to them. I'm taking that as a result (take that Damien "I'm impartial" Kiberd).
I'm foursquare with you on that, Macy, especially as regards that toadying neo-con wannabe Kiberd.
Turning off is the only way to teach them: they might cop on when listeners drift away and ad revenue falls. Newstalk is almost unlistenable right now, with the exception of Chris O’Donoghue and Sean Moncrieff. Hopefully Shane Coleman can bring some impartiality.
There’s a good article on Hook in the current Phoenix, by the way. Not at all flattering, either of him or the station.
I used to listen a lot when I was driving (which seems to be a lot) but can't now, it's just terrible especially Ivan Yeats. He is a head wrecker, I cringe when I here him talk about football and his fake love for Man. City.
Off The Ball is gone down hill too, their nearly as bad as Sky for hyping up non-stories. Still enjoy Moncrieff tho
2.37pm here and my weekend begins. Enjoy your day's work suckers.
Easter miracle happened. Yipeeee
Did you just reach the end of the Bible?
