balla 0 shannon 1
Ya watched the whole game prospect well worth the lead alright Colin Fleming pulled off super saves to keep dines in it. First 15 mins of the second half the game was wide open chances at both end . Then dines brought on a couple of lads one up front and one in the middle they changed the game . Equalised with 25 to go and then prospect seemed to run out of steam fitness showed on a very big pitch. After 3rd goal went in game was over and the 5-1 flattered them a bit.The bench was a big factor dines looked stronger prospect didnt have much seemed to be missing a few. Dines have a very young side .

I am waiting until we get a few games into the season before listing tables etc
Good win recorded by shannon last night away from home, even without their main threat in Gerry Kelly, big turn-around it seems from last year so fair play. It should be an interesting game on sat nite v mungret in shannon, both clubs have 6points from their 2games.
ya twas a good game, thought we played the better ball but had no cutting edge,ye had the best chances without a doubt, think draw would have been a fair result but ye edged it in the end, think ye had only 1 lad under 6 foot but ye have definetly improved since last year, don't think any teanm will have it easy against ye
Hey shannonman, where's Lynch Park. Is this the new name for Corrib Drive or are ye playing somewhere different this year?
alan rumour has it one of your star rovers players will be missing training tonight to walk the catwalk for mister limerick instead :D:D

Prospect 3 Herbertstown 2
Good hard fought win, 0-0 at the break Prospect went 1 up Johnson from the spot. Then herbertstown hit back to go 2-1 in front with 15 mins to go . Prospect got what they deserved in the end with Kelly getting two great goals to seal the win.
drew 2 2 with charleville,2 mistakes 2 goals, danger reffed the game, disallowed a goal when it was 0-0,our player shot, hit the post rebounded i think off our player, went in hit the back support and came back out,we celebrated only for him to give it as wide:confused::confused:,our players were in disbelief and the charleville lads were laughing.
wat's your verdict on the game alan? Think we were very lucky at times. Woodwork saved us and a few hairy moments but we capitalised on our breaks...scoreline could have quiet easily been the other way round...think ian dore was the difference between the two sides in the end
