And so far, at least one Harps player signed for Galway ;)

I see Wassim Aouachria will be staying at Waterford next year. Big signing for them, from what I’ve seen of him (admittedly not a huge number of games) he looks a very good striker who I’d rate higher than a lot of Premier Division strikers
Enda Curran stays at Treaty for 2023.
Millwall confirm the Emakhu signing "for an undisclosed fee" .
Keith Cowan returns to Harps as captain, our first signing of the off season…
Cowan is a good first signing for Harps, I know I knocked the signing of Massey earlier in the thread (in terms of winning the division), but Cowan is a shrewd addition by Dave Rogers.
A local, an absolute pig on the pitch, a commanding centre back that will be a real leader for Harps. There is nothing too fancy about Cowan, he's a real old fashioned defender.
Wexford have taken some deadwood off us so far but this one is a stinger. Was very impressive for us in the 2nd half of the season. Himself and Barnett would have been the main 2 I'd have liked to see us keep for next year. Barnett still not signed anywhere (I think) but after seeing our first handful of signings, I wouldn't be very confident about our chances of keeping him too.
Could be a long season...

Ollie becomes assistant at Galway
That was inevitable. Can't see him wanting to be understudy for long.
Two of the greatest exponents of 1990-era Route 1 football on these shores, finally working together. Even Dundalk spent a long time in the 1st Division ...
I see Conor Levingston has signed for Wexford, big coup for Wexford and James Keddy
Darren Craven also returned to Bray, yet another departure from Longford
From other signings/departures I presume Bray and Wexford have budget increases and Longford cutting their budget?
Conor Levington signs for Wexford, seems a good signing for a first division side....
Not really, he never made an appearance with the first team in the end, a decent prospect all the same but any time I saw him with the 19s he didn’t stand out as being one that’s ready to play for a top 4 PD side. He'll be 19 in March so needs to get minutes under the belt at senior level now. Hope he does well with Drogheda
why are galway after getting horgan? a club stuck in the stone age. feel sorry for the fans,
He's local as Nigel mentioned and an experienced coach?
If John Caulfield is sacked, imagine Ollie with a big budget.
The match officials could do with a set of earmuffs with Caulfield and Horgan barking at them from the same dugout!
Harps added the following to the squad :
Sean ODonnell
Brendan McLaughlin
Shaunie Bradley
Kevin Jordan
Caoimhin Porter
Daithi McCallion
Porter and McCallion on loan from Derry and the other 4 from Harps underage set up…..
Stephan Negru has departed Shels to sign for Oxford United
He is a good prospect but I don't think he is ready for League 1 level from what I have seen of his limited appearances though understandable he has taken the opportunity
Wicked left foot. Great from set pieces, but struggled for Harps last season. Himself and Slevin were a regular part of a defence that conceded 71 league goals. Both should do a decent job in the First Division, but I'm not entirely gutted to lose either.
Slevin, in particular, started the season superbly, but faded badly as the year went on. Donelon was never a standout at any point, unfortunately.
I’d fancy Donnellon and Slevin to do well for you in the first division,Slevin capable of playing in the top division if he stays fit,Donnellon has his injury troubles but is very decent from set plays…
TBH, not to sound too dismissive, but I don't really care how both players did with Harps last season. It was the worst Harps team for years.
The step up from the First Division to the Premier Division is huge, likewise going the other way.
Both players will be good additions to us in the First Division. Keep in mind, we played literally half of last season without a recognised left back. Donelon is an accomplished, experienced player, and as you said, his set pieces are a weapon. We play awful football, so they will be a major asset to us next season.
slevin is good. will be absolutely fine in the first division.
Ryan Connolly signs for Treaty.
Have to say, I wasn't expecting that one at all. Gutted by that. He's stupidly injury prone, and also loves a yellow card and suspension, but on his day is a fantastic player and will easily be one of the best midfielders in the First Division when he's arsed.
James Finnerty signing for Sligo…
Dundalk new signings so far for 2023 (not contract extensions)

Blink and you'd almost miss them sbgawa !
Seems almost certain the 5-6 we need will all be from UK when that window / market opens from 3rd Jan.
u19s Bohs captain Cian Byrne signs a multi-year deal with the club. Seventeen players under contract for Bohs next season now including Ali Coote who's situation seems up the air even with another year on his deal.
Didn't see any of him at Galway but in his time at Bohs he was very prone to a mistake. Also fancied himself as the best footballer on the pitch trying to run the ball out from defence but frequently running into a dead end and losing possession. Best if luck to him but if Sligo are looking to improve their defence they're going about it the wrong way imo.
