I know I am laughing.
Lads, could anyone give me a short summary about this case? Because I haven't read anything about the punishment for Dempesy after his suspension. So is he now rehabilitated or have he got a ban or a money fine?

St Patrick's Athletic midfielder Gary Dempsey has been fined two weeks' wages following his admission that he placed a bet against his side last month.
Dempsey admitted to wagering €20 on Galway United to overcome the Inchicore side as part of a double.
The former Dunfemeline Athletic midfielder was suspended by Pats, pending an internal investigation, and has now been fined wages amounting to approximately €5,000.
Thank you.
The FAI investigation is still ongoing too.
Is it a joke or not? If it's true than I haven't words for it - absolutely crazy!
However, why they need to know which pen Dempsey had used?! I thought he have already admitted what he did.
Other question: I've read about a few other LOI playes who are involved in illegal betting, perhaps. There are any news for it or is this accusation silted up yet?
He was joking about the pen.
No other players have been named in the media except Dempsey.
Oh ok, I wasn't sure if the story with the pen is serious or not. Nothing is impossible. :D

5 matches is light IMO.
It's too steep if anything...
