[quote=Pearoso27;1093227]I have heard that this is a load of nonsense and just a nasty rumour again invloving this man. Why do people have agianst him? As far as I know he is a good man

Not what I'm saying at all, it's just you don't expect to see someone of Rooney's ability in junior football so why do we expect to see someone of Howard Webbs ability. Junior refs get basic training and then get very little more, however I believe the Fai are trying to remedie this.
as I said in an earlier post, if the game is within a 25 mile radius it's the match fee of 24. + 18 urban allowance which gives 42!! If the game is over 25 miles the urban is dropped and the mileage x .72 is used , simple isn't it... I think not! So u see there confused before they arrive at the game. LOL
could be a good explaination alright.if they cant get the fee right whats the chances of them refin the game correctly?? anyway the standard of refereeing is poor everywhere, true?
top 5.....keane
freiberg
hadnett
mckell
ward
5 disasters......teehan
coughlan
o donoghue
walsh
mcguire
keane a top ref? ha you are joking.........they are all bad and all afraid to upset the big 2. and lets get real, there is no big 4 as somebody suggested. and best of luck to all involved in national competitions at the weekend
speaking of national competitions any predictions..?? i think town will win easy, saints have a tough one away to boro....im working in limerick and the locals think boro are strong at home,as for peake villa i think they should have enough to beat star rovers
abbeyvale im working with soccer fans in limerick...are star not 2nd division and pretty poor?
Currently playing in the second tier of Limerick football, relegated from Premier last season.
Poor start to this season and lost most of their better players over the last 2 season's but can cause the odd shock now and again (and seeing as though I play with them, my prediction is obviously biased)
wont be any games going ahead lads will there? weather is suppose to get even worse over the weekend, will the complex be ok for the Carbury game? janesboro pitch wont be playable in this rain, saints will get home advantage the following week, the villa pitch is poor at the best of times, will it go ahead villa boys?
heard its pretty soft....drainage is poor on it?? are you saying it will be ok?
working in limerick and a few of the locals said it wouldnt be played...apparently all league games in limerick are off?
well hopefully the rain will ease off, should be a cracking game,if it was to be rained off it would be a huge advantage to saints, very difficult to beat in cooke park
so i believe
janesboro 3-0 saints bit like saints defeat at ashling last season. standard in limerick appears to be alot higher than tsdl at present. great to see town still in fai though hopefully a home draw for them in next round
was at janesboro saints game.....saints were brutal, could not buy a goal,if only we had a goalscorer!!!!
Were Michaels poor or Boro good??Dere is a slippery slide over in Tipp from wat i hear..Michaels coundnt need four new back men surely with two internationals or are their days numbered???????:D..Michaels season is now in bad enough shape or is it?
we have a solid keeper and an excellent centre back in paul breen, chalky has had a good career but hes kidding nobody anymore, the season will be trophyless again, its not good enough, people in authority are letting the standards slip, forget the best pals act, recruit the top players in tipp and challenge next year
if your referring to alan barry he was not scoring the goals and was in and out of the side....i dont know who keeps track of these things but i would like to see goalscorer charts for season so far
i have to agree with you that michaels are a team in decline.they bein livin in the shadows of there clonmel rivals for numerous years nw. i think certain members of that back four were once great players. so it may be time for out with the old and in with the new???
it was tsdl league and cup goals for saints i was wondering....i think hes on 7? clonmel celtic how many has kennedy? oldbridge how many has ur top guy? peake villa? town fan coady?
im not doubting what he has done in limerick....this is not an anti alan barry site....i have watched him every week and apart from one game against rock rovers i have not thought much of him....hes big and strong but in terms of an out and out goalscorer it never happened...hence he has gone back....it was money that could have been better spent
so is he gone or what? as far as i know hes being refused a transfer from michaels thats from him himself and if he was that bad with ye why hold him or is there a money situation it seems to me your sour ???
everyone knows he was on good money.....what people dont know is its second time hes wanted to leave.....not a bit sour and i wish him well....on the paul kennedy one i dont think he has done well this year ron? but he was excellent when we had him and a lot more should have been done to keep him....i e mailed the tsdl site for some confirmation on stats
