Star 2 - 0 Geraldines.
Heard the game was stopped with 10 minutes to go because a star player sufferred a broken leg/ankle. But dont think it was from a tackle from another player. I was told he fell awkwardly.
Results from LDMC website.
Wembley Rvs 4-2 Caherdavin
Star Rvs 2-0 Geraldines
Herbertstown 1-0 Shannon Town
Abbey Rvs 0-3 Corbally Utd
Croom Utd 0-6 Summerville
Coonagh Utd 2-1 Ballynanty Rvs
Any idea who broke there leg in the game..geraldines or star player..any match report abbeyvale///
we won very comfortably..blown up 12 mins into the 2nd half!!!
Star player, Bilko.
not nice....how come they never played on after he was gone??
Like I said I was told that it was called off. But looking at the LDMC site it seems the result will stand. So maybe the full 90 was played and my friend was mistaken about it been abandoned.Quote:

Saw Caherdavin Sunday...pure muck...dont know how they have been beaten just twice..Caherdavin and Shannon the big losers this weekend as losing advantage over the others around...midweek games will sort it out even more

Bilko Mc broke his ankle and will be out for the season.
Star beat a very average Geraldines team comfortably in the end.
Star now require a maximum of 20pts from remaining 10games to win the league and 19pts to be promoted, and that is based on all other contenders picking up maximum pts between now and the end of the season.
really good win for us on sunday against caherdavin, a really tight first half level 1 a piece at half time we started to play much better and tacked on 3 goals in 15 mins caherdavin scored a free kick last kick of game. heard after game caherdavins subs have been the only ones training past couple weeks bad attitude to have when u still have chance of promotion. change in personal up front made huge difference for us
top six win so only getting tighter each week mid week matches will sort things out id say.
saw that you got the goal scorers back in action scoobysham....heard the same about caherdavin's training but also heard that last year....too many myths about though.....
C'davin were like that 15 years ago some things never change...............Quote:

Shannon, Summerville, And the last 2 will be tight. I can see Wembley and Corbally winning but they should be close games.

Agree with all predictions bar Coonagh V Caherdavin...The last game Caherdavin were behind 3 times and only scored in injury time to earn a draw from a free kick by a player who is now out injured. I saw them both in action and think Coonagh at home will win..especially the local rivalry...
Caherdavin And Wembly In Cup Mite B A Tougher Game Down In Greenhills. Last Time We Played Them In League Down Tere They Drew The Match And Were Lucky Not To Win It
ya wobbler was dropped and seamus mul was up front he destroyed caherdavins defence, course i play with wembley in about my 6th season with them was actually in the side last time we were premier.
good chance of our cup game against caherdavin being off sunday our minors up in castlebar and our manager is also minor manager
well abbeyvale whats the story with the dines. we should take them(wembley) ya mixture of the few usual heads with 4 or 5 of there minors ya
predictions
wembley, summerville, star( in league), corbally and shannon to win
Scooby Hows Quinny Playing For Wembly At Moment Heard He Wasnt Playing Great
Is corky back with caherdavin,if so did he play against wembly at weekend
well if your referring to david quinn as "quinny" he was playing well up to a few weeks ago when he got injured carrying an injury last few weeks but will see the best of him for the remainder of the season talking to him last night at training and he is near 100%, u would of known this if u bothered to go training last night dom ran the bolocks off us
no corky did sign a transfer form back to caherdavin but talking to a few of the c' davin boys and he is over in heathrow airport in england so is unavailable for the rest of the season i think
just trying to narrow it down (dave) scooby. did i touch a sore point. By the way i haven't trained in about 3 year's. cant broke leg and didnt bother going back.
think W.R.F.C. is a a dirty liar i cant remember anyone breaking there legs 3 years ago for us and why would they call themselves W.R.F.C. if he didnt play with us in so long and doesn come to watch any of the matches so reveal yourself if your a fellow wembley man like me
played wit B team dave and i didnt break it playing football.Back to the football, cant jimmy take over on sunday or is he travelling wit dom
Because it is an fai semi final the chairman (jimmy collins) has to go it but just heard there shane clarke who plays with the u17s is on standby for ireland squad who are playing slovakia and if he is called up the match would be called off meaning our match against caherdavin would be back on. wont know till friday whether he is called up or not.
scooby, with some of your minors you would give most teams a torrid time....as we found out at the start of the season....
i know bishop 4 nil out in ye re place which is a hard venue and it could of being more, mainly down to 3 or 4 minors who played in attacking positions but as i have found out strict policy that they only play there age group doesn matter how good they are main reason for lot of senior players leaving last season. massive potential not used because the second they are out of minor they leave for limerick or premier teams. you would think they would be used for junior matches to get us premier and then they would more than likely stay.

what club are u associated with "seee it" or u do u just make comments about everyone else maybe a bit harsh to quinny
