I think contract type is one of the things the committee that decide compensation to be paid look at along with appearances and stuff. How good is Phillip Gannon Longford fans? Only seen him in the two games at Galway, but he seem to have a bit about him. Now that could be an average player playing in a really poor team.

There is a quiet contentment among Dundalk fans over on orielweb about how the squad is shaping up.
While there may be a signing or two yet to happen (McCourt hopefully), there is a growing belief that we might even make the top three next season.
