But clubs earn that themselves. Drogheda's draw againt Malmo added 0.025 to Pats (and every one else's) coefficient
Even Shamrock Rovers run to the group stages only added 0.15 to Pats/Derry/Sligo and the rest

Damn right. Sure you're not even from anywhere near Limerick. Barstooler.
Dodge - presume tickets will be available on the gate tomorrow evening?
Linfield progress to the next qualifying round after a 3-0 home win tonight
Yes, but to what advantage? Instead of maybe Sligo and derry getting favourable 1st roudn draws and maybe winning a tie or 2, they get knocked out immediately.
The year Sligo entered the 3rd round, they played a Ukrainian side and lost. They earned 90k from the tournament
Pats won in rounds 1 & 2 and lost to a Ukrainian side in Round 3. They earned €270k from it (90 per round).
It's now €100k per round.
Good luck to St Pats (expect them to win tonight) and to Drogs tonight (tough one away but you never know)
How much do clubs actually make net from European games? I was under the impression the 100k was to cover costs.
Depends on expenses, which vary from game to game. Clubs gets €100k (or at least did last year) for each of the first 3 Europa League games. UEFA calls them "solidarity payments" rather than expenses. You get to keep your home gate and any profit you make on merchandise etc.
Drogheda will do OK as Malmo is cheap to get to. They had to rent Tallaght though. Pats trip cost more but they should get a decent home crowd. Really can't give a figure for net profit though
In the champions league it was €140k per round played (1st, 2nd, 3rd QRs) with another 200k if you don't make the CL Groups.
So Sligo are guaranteed 340k so far (140+200). If they win v Molde they're guaranteed 580k (140+140+200+100) (2nd+3rd+NonCL+EL play off)
EDIT: There's no payments for rounds you don't play in. So Derry don't get money for round 1, when they enter at round 2
Any streams for tonights games?
Malmo v Drogheda United Live Commentary:
http://www.lmfm.ie/boxtube/
I'm listening to the drogheda game on the radio on LM FM. 0.0 after about 25 minutes. drogs playing well. Fabio had a good chance that was well saved.
1.0 to Malmo. Just before half time.
Rosenborg 2-0 up on Crusaders at half time too.
Is there any stream or radio coverage of St Pats?
Five minutes for Drogheda to grab an equaliser and progress.
Though in fairness, even at this, they've done very well, I think. Malmo are a decent side, second in the league (and in season too).
Sounds like Drogheda will come up just short. Any idea how they played?
Also, Airbus UK have gone out on away goals. A first-ever European campaign for them and two draws; decent performance.
Dudelange draw and go out 1-0 on aggregate; two other Luxembourg sides have gone through. Huge improvement for them in recent years; they'll be getting very close to us in a couple more years at this rate.
7-2 Rosenborg now. 9-3 on aggregate.
7-2 Rosenborg now.
2:0 - game over - UL but well done Drogs
2-0 Malmo. Goals in injury time in either half. Unlucky.
2.0 to Malmo 49 mins gone in 2nd half. Hard luck drogheda.
2-0 Malmo...hard luck Drogheda.
Where is there a Dundalk fan to remind us they wouldn't need luck if they'd played the first leg in Oriel?
Hard luck to Drogheda, plucky performances over two legs, but the gulf in quality was too large.
Time to get back to the day job and their fight against relegation.
Great effort by Drogheda Utd over two legs.
Come on St Pat. Time to tune into this one.
Prestatyn Town through on penalties against Liepajas (who beat Cork a few years back)
The League of Wales has gone weird lately. Airbus, Prestatyn and Bala all making their European debuts this year. Not helped by three recent decent teams (Barry Town, Llanelli and Rhyl) all having major problems.
Good win for Prestatyn away from home. Overturned a 1st leg deficit with 2 late goals and went through on penos. Some of the "lesser" nations getting better each year.
Thoroughly enjoying the commentary on Pats ustream channel. I feel like shouting at them at times to concentrate more on the match however.
