Looks like Chris McCann is on his way out of Burnley. This article mentions Norwich, Blackpool and Celtic as potential moves. He's not exactly a prospect anymore and will turn 26 in the summer. This could be a crucial move in his career.

Good to see McFadden with the FA Youth Cup.

Not such good news regarding McGinty.
Gary Dicker has been released by Brighton. Guy Poyet suspended also, wonder where he is off to.
Would Everton be possible? Have to say it crossed my mind when I read the story...
michael harriman getting a game for qpr. Hopefully he might be a regular in the championship
Conor Wilkinson signing for Bolton Wanderers: http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/8714128/
Benfica? Didn't hear about that. He's rated as a good prospect in Football Manager, if that means anything. Good to see him and Cian Bolger at Bolton under Freedman - he's got a positive philosophy about football.
http://www.newsatden.co.uk/11566-exc...wilkinson.html This mentions the Benfica link.
I found a thread on a Millwall forum on which a poster is complaining about Wilkinson for criticizing their manager Kenny Jackett. Further criticism for him for failing to refute rumours of a move to Manchester United after he was seen at Old Trafford, which was mainly due to him sharing an agent with Rio Ferdinand. EDIT: Here it is http://boards.footymad.net/forum.php...mid=2112732552
Where's this lad from?
The greening of Bolton may continue as Marc Tierney is being linked with them which would at least ensure first team football for him.

James Collins has been linked with Wolves again, a rumour which first appeared in January.
Nice synopsis here of the Irish promoted and relegated in England and Scotland brought to you by the kind folks at greenscene. Thanks!

James McCarthy will be happy to have avoided relegation with Wigan this year.

Graham Carey cut by St Mirren.

That's a shame. When he was on loan at Bohs I thought he had a huge future ahead of him. I've no doubt they'd have beaten Red Bull Salzburg if he'd been allowed to play. Hopefully this is just a temporary setback.
Arter for the Premiership?
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/foo...urnemouth.html
Here's Kilbane's recommendation as referenced in the above article:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/foo...nd-season.htmlQuote:
Arter, who stated at Charlton Athletic, is a London-born midfielder who wants to play for Ireland. He is 23 and really caught my eye in the three Bournemouth games I’ve seen. Now a Championship player, I think he can challenge Paul Green, Jeff Hendrick, Keith Andrews, David Meyler for a place in Giovanni Trapattoni’s squad.
Arter been very influential under Eddie Howe and was head and shoulders above against Tranmere Rovers last week as Bournemouth clinched the League One title.
He has a bit of an attitude about him, which might need to be curbed, but he wants the ball constantly, believes in his own ability , creates chances for strikers and himself, and looks like he can score goals
Rodgers found not guilty.

Damien Delaney and Owen Garvan start for Crystal Palace in the play-off final today, with Paddy McCarthy still injured. Mark Yeates is the only Irishman in the Watford squad, making the bench.
Apparently Delaney having an outstanding game.
Hugely emotional - he had to be consoled by his teammates as the rest celebrated with the trophy post-match.
Yes, and to Paddy McCarthy too. I hope he stays and gets some games in the EPL. The Herald put paid to any chances of Stan picking him. Credit too to Garvan. I thought he was mad to join Palace instead of Brighton.
Article on Will Hayhurst. He seems to have had a good first season.
