St. Petersburg isn't actually the answer I was looking for but since the question might predate the fact they won the Uefa last year I took out my atlas to check and it has now superceeded the original answer- Gothenburg. Seville is also right.

Funnily enough, I presume Benfica are also the most westerly club the win a European trophy, unless Galway have one knocking about somewhere? And St. Petersburg are also the most easterly. Funny that.
