Derry's Ruairi Higgins has a 35-yard shot saved by Cork goalkeeper Michael Devine in the seventh minute. At the other end, Derry keeper David Ford saves a George O'Callaghan free-kick in the 12th minute. Damien Brennan hits the Cork woodwork in the 35th minute with a fierce drive from almost 40 yards. But Cork take the lead a minute later with Kevin Doyle finishing off a swift counter-attack after Derry's Killian Brennan loses the ball in midfield.

Typical, probably some jackeen junkie shooting up, supposed to be doing updates :D
so the bbc care more than rte...
yeah. RTE only report important events if it involves Dublin sides. Sundays coverage of the FAI Carlsberg Cup final was a classic example. Never showed replays of the 2 Longford goals during the game. Later in the news, they showed the goals in the wrong order, i.e. showing the "winner" when they actually showed the first Longford goal. :rolleyes:Quote:

Ive tried listening to Radio Foyle on the BBC site but it wont work for me!
Radio Foyle only cover the Thursday night matches.

C'mon City !!
Thanks James.
God bless those 20 fans.
It must mean a lot to the players to hear that support so far from home.
