I have a feeling this is going to be a competition between tets and theworm, the "who gets their first" and the "who got most" awards

In relation to the change in manager at Forrest during the completion of McLaughlin's transfer, McLeish signed both Jay O'Shea and Keith Fahey while at Birmingham and while things didn't work out for O'Shea, he gave Fahey a very fair crack of the whip. The change of manager may not be such a negative thing.
Looking forward to seeing Gianfranco Zola pitting his wits against Quinton Fortune next season.

Jamie Devitt loaned to Grimsby

Unfortunate to see, he had a brief run in the side at Hull a while back but now it seems he will probably end up in League Two or the Conference.

Terry Butcher is in talks with Barnsley over their vacant manager's position. Disappointing given the way he has seemingly nurtured some Irish talent at ICT (Foran, Rooney, Hayes) and was hoping to repeat the trick with some younger players (Roberts, Devine, Pepper, Doran).
Sickener for Devine since he specifically joined ICT to work with Butcher. Seems like a poisoned chalice the Barnsley job - almost guaranteed to go down with no sign of investment forthcoming. Seems like he'd be better off waiting for a better job to come along.

Sounds like they're not offering much of a reason for managers to sign on. Similar thing actually happened with Forest when Mick turned them down, and Sean O'Driscoll ended p taking it.

Hmm...
Good move for the lad as he knott up to league football, however, he is still not tied up internationally as his mother's name is McDonald and he can play for Scotland too.
Conor Knott?? Is this a con, or not?
