A teenager called Scott Tenorman had tricked Cartman into buying his pubes and had repeatedly outsmarted and humiliated him throughout the episode. Cartman finally came up with a plan to get a donkey bite Scott's penis off at a fake Chilli cook off he had organised and had invited Scott's favourite band Radiohead so he would be even more humiliated, but Stan and Kyle tried to stop Cartman by telling Scott about his plan. Scott then told his parents to go take the donkey to a pet shelter while he made up a batch of chilli with extra pubes to humiliate Cartman once and for all, here's what happened
