That is the reason. Hoping to reschedule the game for a later time.
Not just bad, apocalyptically bad. No way you could play football anywhere in North Dublin tonight. Absolutely bucketed down for 2-3 hours.

The most appropiate thing to do is refund the price of the ticket to fans who want a refund.

Well, I will say I am able-minded because I don't presume the profile of people who bought tickets for a pre-/mid-season friendly. Relax, there's plenty for Shelboune FC to worry about but a washed out Tolka Park isn't one of them.
