Ok looking for a bit of help from those who are well travelled around Europe. Im hoping to go away for New Years Eve for about 3 nights and am looking at a city break so does anyone know of anywhere that would be good at that time of year. The likes of Stockholm/Oslo/Helsinki are out as they are quite dear in terms of prices but pretty much everywhere else would be considered.
I have looked at Lisbon, Budapest and Amsterdam so far any other suggestions would be welcome.
I did look at a week in the sun but the cheapest is €750 and Im not paying that!!
