Power rests with the owners of a club. If the club is a members club, owned
and run by its members, then you and the other fans would need to become
members in order to have a say. Presumably the club has a written constitution
or, if it is a Limited Company, it will have a Memorandum and Articles of
Association that set out the rules for doing business, election of officials
etc. If the officials of the club do not follow the 'rules' as detailed in the
constitution etc then they can be challenged.
In terms of taking action against officials of the club for maladministration
your groups representatives would need to consult with a solicitor who can
advise you what your options are and how you should go about things.
I hope that this helps.

I will try to find out if they possess any of these. However I believe that they don't. If I am right and none of these exist what can then be done?

Bet you anything they don't exist!!! Then, I'd say the only options left to us are to name and shame the individuals involved...publicly, in the papers and on the news and radio...
