I'm going to be in Liverpool/Manchester area on the opening weekend of the Premiership(August 16th/17th). United are playing at home to Newcastle, do ye think there's even the slightest chance of tickets being available for this?
I'm not planning on it especially with it being the season opener.

More than likely they sold them for that game. Got to the railway club about 10 minutes walk from Old Trafford. its a quid in and cheap drink. ONly went once but loads of season tickets on sale (for use on the day)Quote:

Blatant plug I know but it could be useful you never know your luck and it's for a good cause :). Otherwise, I'd try outside the ground since the expansion it's not as hard to get tickets. Although as you say with it being the first game it might be more difficult.
That also goes for anyone else that might want such tickets.
