It's a nonesense story.

Arshavin means four English clubs - not British ones.

Eurosport don't know much about football - there are clearly more than 4 'British' teams in the Champions League.

I love the reference to Llanelli and Linfield as Champions League "contenders" though. Surely "entrants" would be more accurate... :D

Chris turner is a dirt bag, he was at the sligo rovers v derry game at the weekend. Theres talk of him comin back to the showgrounds. hope not

We've been linked to both Mansaram and Turner all summer. Both would certainly be welcome considering how our summer transfers have been going.... :(

and I tought I was just seeing things that was really Chrissy T after all. I would love to see him back here but it dosent look likely. Wasnt he supposed to be part of a swap deal for Anto Murphy ? But one thing though why would he be at a Rovers game, a sign that he MIGHT be returning sometime ?. I doubt a player like him wants to be a benchwarmer for Bohs can see him leaving at the end of this season.

From what i hear it is supposed to be a part swap for Murphy. And i know ive said id dont like the flute playin ... , but sometimes needs must. as a mate a mine said: better to have him in for part exchange that get just money for Murphy and see in dissappear into our debts and then have a further reduced squad for the rest of the season.

When they say 'four British teams in the Champions' League', surely they are referring to the four English teams involved and not Llanelli, Linfield or either of the Scottish teams.

If either Llanelli or Linfield signed Arshavin his wages would make them broke within a week. :D
