Converting Flash player to MPEG / AVI ?

Hi,

does anyone know if it's possible to convert Macromedia Flash slides into MPG / AVI etc that can be played back on a iPod ?

There seem to be a few options going the other way around (MPEG to Flash), but has anyone done it this way?

Any help would be great!
