That's a change. Didn't the league used to start in September after a full round of league cup groups? Has promotion/relegation been introduced for this season?

You know what I meant. Will there be promotion and relegation in the new league? I know it already existed but there was some talk of there being a closed shop for several years.

With Portadown missing the boat so to speak there really was no other option. Although what makes P&R different now is that you need to meet a higher criteria than before.

Not sure about the whole split thing didn't they try it a few years ago think it was the 02/03 season before quickly dropping it?
