Colgan joins Stockport!

I can't see this move doing Nicky any favours when it comes to winning a place on the national panel. This must put the likes of Paddy Kenny ahead of him in the pecking order, no?

Stockport sign Hibs keeper (source: Ananova.com)

Stockport have signed Hibernian keeper Nick Colgan on a year's loan.

Hibs boss Bobby Williamson has told the Republic of Ireland international he does not figure in his plans.

Colgan will compete for the No 1 shirt with regular goalkeeper Lee Jones.

yeah, it's not really a good move for him.

there should be a few keepers ahead of him in the pecking order.
