I think it's a good draw for the Youths. UCD probably the least intimidating of the top division sides (no offence). It would have been nice to get one of the top teams at home, this is the next best thing.

I think the fact the ye have such a young side is what makes ye less intimidating to be honest. Obviously we were the dream home draw for all the other sides. Both sides in poor enough form at the moment, if either one gets a bit of momentum going into the game it could be significant.Quote:

But in terms of reaching quarter-finals, we're very consistent (FAI Cup quarters in 2007, 2006, 2005 and 2004, with a semi in 2007).
Though obviously your point that it's winning the final that really counts is valid, even over-riding.
