We're down to play Cobh in Terryland next Monday week. Granted not too many would travel on a Friday given the distance, but I don't get this - it's a Bank Holiday in the UK , but not here :confused:

Its a fixed midweek game and were playing the following friday night so I presume Jeff wanted it on a monday.
Tuesday was the only alternative as the Champions league is on wednesday.

This year, there's only going to be one midweek fixture. Next year, there's going to be fixture chaos with the extra games to be squeezed in.

Mid week is any day from monday to wednesday and sorry its the Ireland Colombia game thats on that wednesday. Monday/Tuesday would be the same for me if i had to travel away.

I've just copped on that this time last year we were in the Flansiro in the same week for a midweek fixture (granted it was the Tuesday night) when a certain Derek Glynn announced his arrival in a style he repeated the following Friday against the then hight flying St. Pats.
