Have a different thread for each ref, that way would know when he last refereed you teams match & also his performances in other games over the season? Any thoughts?

Nice idea again rebel. I'll leave it until the traffic builds up, but an idea might be to either: a) set up a forum under this, with a thread for each ref; or b) "stick" a thread to the top with links to the thread for each ref. Or maye even a mixture of both.
Joe, we'll have to bring this fella on full time. At the usual rate of course. :)

I would be delighted (it was me you were talking about, wasn't it?).
Each ref thread could have the official's photo at the top, so you know what they look like beforehand...
Just thinking out loud Chris, if it gets to the stage where we need photographs, we'd nearly tie a section of the site into it altogether. We'll wait and see how the traffic goes on this board first though.
