He's living it up in New Zealand now. Scored on his debut and all. The team he's with is called Otago Utd and they are managed by former Ireland international Terry Phelan.
I'm wondering did we miss out on a good player by letting him go so easily?

After he left you, he went to Kikenny City and then Glenthorn Celtic (Cork AUL) and he will join another NZ Team, Mosgiel AFC
I think they are giving him some experience of NZ Football prehaps.
oh god let him stay there!
I doubt he'll leave Otago they are in the NZ Premier Division where as Mosgiel are a few leagues below.
Had a look at the websites.
Looks like Colin is playing Premier football with Otago for the remainder of their summer season and will be player-coaching at Mogiel in the winter. He came off the bench for Otago on his debut last weekend and played in a pre-season friendly for Mosgiel mid-week.
At 41 years of age, Terry Phelan (playing as an attacking midfiedler) was man of the match for Otago at the weekend. Doesn't really say much for the standard of football, does it? :p
fair dues to him, bryan maccarthy and jamie nolan will probably go next they could be rooney and ronaldo in nz:D
