Can anybody tell me how Phil Harrington got the name 'biscuits'?

His parents were either owners or were involved in a bakery back in Wales

I heard he was caught mangling a pack of Custard Creams in the dressing room after a game

i heard that it was at half-time in a game 'cos he missed breakfast. apparently he legged it off the pitch at half-time and when the rest of the team got to the dressing room there he was with the biscuits. this is one for ripley to figure out :D
