I think Alan Kearins is one. I got the invite to the forum via Alan anyway, so I'm guessing he is one of the Sligo reps.

Alan afik set up most of it, he contacted all the EL supporters trusts/clubs etc about it. The other member of BoRST that is going is not a memeber of foot.ie, so dont think we should name names.
