god knows but they are really pi**ing me off too. hopefully someone will know.
You can get programs somewhere.
Stick a search into Google and see what comes up.
unfortunately, most of the results you'll get require getting the credit card out.

i have that. it is good. Remember though that if you go into a site where you Want pop-ups to turn it off. :)
