For anyone that may be interested....

For anyone that’s interested the Northern Ireland (CIS Insurance) League Cup Final is on BBC NI live this Saturday (2.45pm Kick Off) between Crusaders and current league champions Linfield at Windsor Park.

This will be Crusaders second final of the year after a narrow defeat to Glentoran in the County Antrim Shield Final last month. Linfield currently are sitting second in the league just a single point behind new leaders Cliftonville. Crusaders currently sit mid-table.

Linfield will be boosted with the news that both Conor Downey and Oran Kearney return after their nightmare cruciate ligament injuries which were picked up last March however weather Linfield manager David Jeffrey rushes them back for the match remains to be seen.

Crusaders will be without the experienced central defender Gary Smyth, the Glentoran player who is on loan to Crusaders until January was sent off on Saturday 0-0 draw with Newry City in the League.

I'll be recording and watching it after I get back from seeing Newcastle play woefully against Birmingham.... :eek:

Can't see past a Linfield win.

This is the third consecutive year that CIS Cup final has been played on a Saturday afternoon.
