Plus you could prob try lump it in with that whole "Save the Poverty Trap Kids" or Regeneration Board or whatever they call themselves

The lease is finally up on the old ESB site on Edward St soon too, so once that cash cow goes it will be up for sale
* seriously the guy that owns that land is still getting huge rent off the government for it, despite the ESB not being there for as long as I can remember
