8. think happy thoughts and wear a "IM for Delaney" badge ?
9. Ring Keano , appologise profusely for the feckers in saipan and ask him to become player/manager ?

House prices and road deaths, that covers about 90% of the conversation. Well on daytime radio anyway, which is all I had to listen in the hire car the last two Summers that I have done a tour of the west with my girlfriend.

Sit back and watch the games without (a) having to wait for the inevitable moment when we're knocked out due to a poor refereeing decision and (b) not having to worry whether England will do well and (c) not having to listen to the panel castigating our manager.

Maybe, just perhaps, you might go to your national league - the eircom League will be running all next Summer (presumably with a random 2 week break in early June to co-incide with missing out on people caught up with watching the games on TV and fancying going to some live football).
