why cant they just automatically suspend a player for the next game/games. ventre was sent off 3 weeks before the end of the season, yet they only hand out the suspension now!
I think it has to be left open to appeal.
Any player who is sent off is automatically suspended for the next match and any additional games are subject to the referees report.
Waterford Utd's Vinny Sullivan has also picked up a 1 match suspension,so he's suspended for the first leg of the playoff!!
The League forgetting about a suspension..where have i heard that before??
